This product is manufactured in Germany from edible plant ingredients and contains no artificial colouring, flavouring or preservatives.
INGREDIENTS: Concentrates [Hibiscus], Invert Sugar, Water.
PACKAGING: This product comes in an amber glass bottle with eye dropper for accurate dispensing.
DIRECTONS: This product is pH sensitive. It will shade neutral or acidic foods purple. If used with alkaline ingredients such as egg, milk or some tap waters it will appear blue/grey. To correct for this add a small amount of acidic ingredient such as lemon juice, cream or tartar or citric acid.
BEST BEFORE: Natural Food colours have a shelf life of approximately 4 months when stored at cool room temperature. When stored in the freezer (it doesn't go solid) then the shelf life is extended by 12 months.
