Make your Christmas more festive with melt in your mouth Gluten-free shortbread.  You just add 100g of dariy-free margarine.  They are so easy to make, no electric mixer required, just rub in the margarine and turn into any shape you desire.  Rectangular, squashed balls, petticoat tails - an absolute delight for the chidlren to help with.
